What to upload so the first draft is right
Pick the service above, then attach whatever you have — a hand sketch, a phone photo of an existing piece, a screenshot of a reference, or an existing CAD file exported as an image or PDF. The form takes JPG, PNG and PDF files up to 5 MB each; if your files are larger or in another format, say so in the details box.
Include in the notes
- Size: overall height and width in millimetres, or the ring size and band width.
- Metal and finish: yellow, rose or white gold, platinum or silver; polished, brushed or matte.
- Stones, if any: shape, size in millimetres or carats, and how many.
- What is fixed and what we may improve — proportions, the bail, a setting style you are unsure about.
- Where the result will be used — a product page, a marketplace listing, a social post — so renders and videos come at the right sizes.
What happens next
