What a 360° jewellery rotation video is, and how we make one
A 360° rotation video is a short clip in which a single piece of jewellery turns a full circle under fixed studio lighting, so a shopper sees the stone, the setting, the gallery and the inside of the band without touching it. Ours are rendered from the piece's 3D model rather than filmed on a turntable, which is why the metal colour, the background, the frame shape and the length can all be changed after the fact.
The same model that produces your listing images produces the video. If we have already rendered a ring for you, the rotation is an extra output from the same file — no new sample, no shipping, no reshoot.
What you receive

How it fits each platform
Every marketplace publishes its own video limits and they do not agree with each other: Etsy accepts a silent 3–15 second listing video, Amazon takes a 16:9 or 9:16 MP4 with audio, Shopify allows up to 4K, and Instagram Reels wants a vertical frame. Because the rotation is a camera path around a 3D model, we export the same animation at each platform's aspect ratio, length and resolution rather than cropping a single file. A 360° rotation video in three metal tones is included in our 3D Rendering package, which starts at $20 per design and also covers the 12-image photo set and 3 product videos. Creative animation and marketing videos with camera moves, scenes and sound start at $50 per video. Do you need a physical sample to make a 360° video?
No. The rotation is rendered from the 3D model of the piece. We can start from your CAD file, from a sketch, or from clear photos of an existing piece that we model first.
How long is a 360° jewellery rotation video?
One full turn usually runs 8–15 seconds. For Etsy we keep it within the 3–15 second listing-video limit; for your own site or Amazon it can be longer, with a close-up section added from the same animation.
Which formats and resolutions do you deliver?
MP4 and WebM, including transparent WebM for overlays, at 1080p or 4K, at 30 or 60 fps, with file sizes optimised for fast loading.
Can I get the same video in yellow, rose and white gold?
Yes. Metal colour is a material change on the model, so all three come from one rotation and match exactly in lighting, speed and framing.
