Bulk & catalogue work

Bulk catalogue rendering for jewellery brands

CAD, rendering and video for a full collection — one consistent style across every SKU, produced in batches so listings can go live as the run progresses. There is no minimum order, and bulk pricing is quoted per project.

Bulk catalogue rendering for large jewellery ranges

A catalogue is a different job from a single hero shot. When a season, a full collection or an entire website needs visuals, the work is less about one perfect image and more about consistency: the same lighting, the same angles and the same metal tones across every SKU, so the range reads as one collection rather than a set of unrelated photographs.

That is what this page describes — how a bulk run is briefed, scheduled and delivered at Maulshree. Single designs are welcome too; there is no minimum order. Bulk pricing is quoted per project, because what a run costs depends on how many pieces there are, how complex they are and which outputs you need.

What a bulk run usually covers

Most catalogue projects are a mix rather than one service. A brand launching a collection typically needs CAD for the pieces that only exist as sketches, rendering for everything, and video for the SKUs that will carry paid campaigns or marketplace listings.

  • CAD design for pieces that exist only as sketches, references or photographs
  • Photorealistic rendering of a full collection in a single consistent style
  • The same piece in several metal tones, so one design covers several listings
  • 360-degree rotation videos for product pages and marketplace galleries
  • Lifestyle and on-model visuals where the range needs a campaign look
  • Marketing graphics and social crops built from the same renders

What to send so a bulk quote is accurate

A bulk quote is only as good as the list it is based on. The more precise the input, the fewer surprises later — and the faster the first batch comes back.

  • A list of the pieces, with a reference image or CAD file for each
  • Existing CAD files where you have them (STL or 3DM both work)
  • Metal tones and stone types per piece, or a rule that applies across the range
  • The outputs you need per SKU: images, 360 video, animation, or a combination
  • Where the visuals will be used, so the crops and file sizes match the destination
  • Any deadline that is fixed — a launch date, a trade show, a marketplace cut-off

How a bulk run is scheduled

Bulk work is delivered in batches rather than all at once. A first batch goes out early so the look can be approved before the rest of the range is produced against it — that is what keeps a hundred pieces consistent instead of drifting.

Standard CAD, rendering and animation first drafts are delivered in 2 days, without compromising quality. For a larger run, the homepage FAQ gives the working figure: rendering 100 files generally takes a maximum of 5 days for standard renders, with complexity moving that number.

  • A first batch is approved before the full range is produced against it
  • Feedback is applied to the whole run, not piece by piece
  • Complex settings — heavy pave, filigree, unusual stones — are flagged before they are quoted
  • Files arrive in batches so your listings can go live as the run progresses

What you get back

The per-design rendering package on the pricing page is the unit a catalogue is built from: 12 photorealistic images covering 3 metal colours across 4 angles, 3 product videos and a 360-degree rotation video. A bulk run repeats that unit across the range, in one consistent style.

  • Manufacturer-ready CAD files where CAD is part of the run
  • Photorealistic stills sized for the platforms you named in the brief
  • 360-degree rotation video per piece where it is ordered
  • Files delivered as STL, OBJ, PNG and MP4, depending on the service
  • Unbranded delivery, so studios and agencies can present the work under their own name

Pricing, NDAs and payment

Published rates are per design and start from $10 for CAD design, $20 for 3D rendering and $50 per animation video; price varies with complexity, and the pricing page carries the current figures. Bulk projects are quoted per run rather than from a fixed price list — send the range and you get a quote against it.

We sign an NDA on request before any files are shared, and work covered by an NDA is never shown in our portfolio or marketing. Payments are accepted via PayPal, Payoneer, Wire Transfer and Bank transfer.

Bulk catalogue rendering — questions we are asked

Is there a minimum order for bulk rendering?

No. Single designs and bulk projects are both accepted. Bulk pricing is quoted per project — send the range and you get a quote against it.

How much time does it take to render 100 files?

The timeline depends on the complexity of the renderings, but generally it takes a maximum of 5 days for standard renders.

How fast is the first draft on a bulk run?

Standard CAD, rendering and animation first drafts are delivered in 2 days, without compromising quality. On a larger run the first batch is used to approve the look before the rest of the range is produced against it.

Do you sign NDAs for a catalogue project?

Yes. We sign an NDA on request before any files are shared, and work covered by an NDA is never shown in our portfolio or marketing.

Can the renders be delivered unbranded?

Yes. Files are delivered unbranded, so studios and agencies can present the work under their own name.

What file formats do you deliver?

We typically deliver STL, OBJ, PNG and MP4, depending on the service chosen.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via PayPal, Payoneer, Wire Transfer and Bank transfer.
